Having trouble playing through computer, even though speaker is plugged in to wall and computer. No BLUE tooth is showing up either.
Please if the cable you are using is compatible with the RCA aux ports and the mode is selected to Aux. If the BT is not showing up. Turn off/on the unit try to scan for devices again. Make no other device is connected to the BT. Try multiple devices like other celphones or If it still does not show in the list return the unit for an exchange.
