The 1000W amplifier powers the 18" woofer, which reproduces frequencies down to 33 Hz with a maximum SPL of 135 dB. The KLA181 has an integrated threaded pole-cup receptacle that allows you to pole-mount up to two KLA12 speakers on top of it for array setup. Its M10 fittings allow it to alternatively be suspension mounted.
Additional features include a "DEEP" DSP algorithm for power bass, Guardrail protection to prevent clipping, a balanced XLR line input, an XLR thru, a polarity switch, an attenuation control, and LED indicators.
