Suggest you look at Laowaâs 12mm lens in Sony E mount (I'm assuming the Sony you have is an E lens mount Laowa has stated their 17mm lens for the GFX is basically the same lens as their 12mm for 35mm cameras. The GFX version has some additional glass and a different mount in the back to make it work on the GFX. Essentially for the GFX it's their 12mm lens plus their Magic Mount Converter all in one lens. All the other answers have got it wrong referring to Pentax K glass, because none of that can be mounted on a Pentax 645!!! Totally different camera. And sadly Venus Optics has never made anything for the Pentax 645 series of cameras. (otherwise I'd get it!)
