The height of the Canon EOS-1D X Mark III DSLR Camera is 6.6" and the height of the Hazard 4 Plan-B Hard Shell Go-Bag Sling-Pac's interior is 6.3" so the bag doesn't fit the camera.

I have a Canon R5 with a Canon 1.4 tele-extender ...

I have a Canon R5 with a Canon 1.4 tele-extender and a Canon 500 mm f4. Total length 20". Will it fit in this bag?

Unfortunately, it does not fit. The bag's interior is 19.1" tall and did not fit the Canon R5 + EF/RF adapter + 1.4x TC + 500mm f/4 IS II USM. We tested the combination at the superstore and there was only enough space to comfortably fit the Canon 500mm f/4 IS II USM by itself, or the camera with many other smaller lenses.
