Lots of fun. Rather long learning curve. Using on an a6000, battery compartment isn't so visible. Must be mindful of things under over or near camera. Consider finger amputation for clear edges.

Sharp, crisp circular images with this unique 4mm, f2.8 fisheye lens from Laowa. Fully manual lens with a robust focus ring. Easy to use but take care not you get your shoes or fingers in the 210 field of view! I love this lens!

This lens is tiny but produces big images. Good sharpness and contrast that can really be brought out during post processing.

This lens has a solid and quality feel. The lens cap provides good protection and doesn't fall off in my camera bag. I have to remember to check that my feet, tripod legs or face doesn't show at the edges of the images. The images have been very sharp; I made a mask in photoshop to hide the edges.

Aperture Ring and Distance Ring from close to infinity work smoothly....Hard to mount and dismount to camera use the lens Cover to help rotate the lens. Takes Great Pictures and Easy to use, had to crop out my feet in some pictures, and used a rail and cable release so my hands were not in the picture. Worked great at the Botanical Center.

Is it compatible with BMPCC4K? In case not, is there any adaptor?
Asked by: Marcelo
Yes. The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, B&H # BL4KPKCAM, uses the Micro Four Thirds lens mount, and the Venus Optics Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds uses the Micro Four Thirds lens mount, you may use the Venus Optics Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds on the Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. Do note that the Venus Optics Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds is a fully manual lens, so you would have to focus the lens manually and adjust the aperture of the lens using the aperture ring built onto the lens.

This won't work on Fuji. You will need this lens that has a Fuji X mount. It does create a circular image on Fuji X sensor. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1542241-REG/venus_optics_ve428fx_laowa_4mm_f_2_8_fisheye.html

Yes, the Venus Optics Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds, B&H # VE428MFT, would be compatible for use with the DJI Zenmuse X5S. It is a fully manual focus lens, so you would have to set the focus at infinity when using the unit with the DJI Zenmuse X5S.

Is this compatible with Sony NEX-5N? without any extra accessory?
Asked by: Patrick
I very much dough it. The NEX-5N uses a Sony-E lens mount. This lens is made for a mirrorless micro 4/3 camera like an Olympus. On top of that, this lens produces a round image on a micro 4/3 sensor. Even if you could adapt this lens to a Sony APS-C sensor camera, it would produce a pretty small circle on the larger C-Sensor. I don't even know if there is a adapter to go between these two mounts.
