The IBIS does make a faint ( clunking ) noise when the camera is turned on and off. While the camera is on you do here a faint , very faint noise coming from inside the camera body.

Can I record video on two memory cards at the same time? (I need a backup)
Unfortunately, no, that is not possible. While you do have the option to select [BACKUP] under the [Card Slot Setting (STILL IMAGE)] option in the camera's Setup Menu which will allow you to record each still image twice, one on each memory card (as indicated on page 204 in the FUJIFILM X-H1 Mirrorless Digital Camera's instruction manual), you do not have this option when recording movies. You must choose to record movies to the card in Slot 1 or Slot 2, but cannot record movies to both card slots simultaneously.
