Get working with the Logitech MX Keys Wireless Keyboard for a comfortable typing experience. Featuring 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth wireless connectivity as well as compatibility with multiple platforms and devices, the MX Keys offers users a seamless way to work across systems. By downloading the Logitech Options software and using the Logitech Flow feature, users can navigate, copy/paste text, images, and files between three Windows and Mac computers simultaneously. Moreover, it features Smart Illumination, which automatically turns on the backlight when you're near and can also adjust its brightness depending on your surroundings. On a normal use basis, the MX Keys can last up to 10 days; however, with backlight off, it's rated to last up to 5 months. Please note that actual battery life will depend on usage.

Is this the one from the photos or the 360 image? there's a slight difference in the Enter key
It matches the photos and not the 360 -- this keyboard has a standard United States layout and Enter key. The 360 seems to show the UK layout which is not what this SKU is.

Is there way to increase the back height for arthritic hands? It lays flat like a laptop and designed for desktop.
Unfortunately there is no way to increase the height of the Logitech MX Keys Wireless Keyboard besides propping it up on something. There are no adjustable tabs built into the keyboard.

Yes there is an option for that but I have never tested it so I can’t tell you how much longer the battery last

Apart from the labels in the keys (ctr/alt/option) is there any difference with the one that is specific for Mac?
The right option key is a function key, there is no CD eject key and the right side numbers area of the keyboard has some differences ( the + - and * keys) on the non-Mac specific version. Look at the photos of both. Also, the PC/Mac version is black and the Mac version is Space Grey.

Is it in fact possible to run this keyboard via a USB connection, rather than the unified wireless or Bluetooth? Thanks.
Hello Dave! The MX Keys Wireless Keyboard does require you to be connected via the Unifying Receiver or Bluetooth connection to work, just plugging the keyboard via it's charging cable won't work unfortunately.
