#1. What is the "wake up" time?(my old mirrorless took forever) #2 Does it have a separate AutoFocus Button (separate from the shutter)?
It powers up rather quickly from the off position, roughly one second or so, and in terms of a separate autofocus button, you can assign the autofocus function to a number of different buttons to change the configuration as you see fit.

The built in flash will still work, just the hot shoe can't do two things at once.

Why is there a double shutter sound? It sound like its taking two picture but only one photo when previewing it?
The reason the Canon EOS M6 Mark II has a double shutter sound is the shutter has to close a first mechanical shutter curtain (ending live view) and re-open it to start the exposure. This happens immediately prior to the exposure, as well as the normal close and reopen of the second curtain to end the shot and reinstate live view.
