I bout the nest mini but this is not my first time using B&H I love this company. The nest mini has a great and clear sound and I love it. It responds to my voice so quickly and do everything smart. B&H you're the best.

Got 4 of these for each bedroom and the den. For a small speaker, these sure are LOUD! Using the Broadcast function with the speakers also makes saying Dinner's ready! sooo much more effective!

Bought a used home mini my daughter said her account first but has not allowed me I was thinking if I do a reset or I don't know what to do mind the primary home account

Nest has a wonderful and patient Chat service - they’ll help reset and get your system to adopt the device. BTW sometimes the reset process can take a little longer than you may expect - but it works. You’ll enjoy the mini - good luck!
