Is there a Canon EF version coming? S35?
At this time there appears to be no plans to make a EF mount version of the Vazen 40mm T2 1.8x Anamorphic Lens for Micro Four Thirds Cameras.

In the GH5 what focal length do I input for IBIS?
In the GH5 what focal length do I input for IBIS?
pretty big and heavy lens, maybe you are using battery and cage / rig - perhaps the heft of the system approaches an amount enough to get stable footage the old fashioned way, just like all the other cinema cameras that don't have IBIS. It would be a shame to add the look of IBIS to your handheld work if you can get acceptably smooth footage without.

I have a Zcam E2 and a RED Komodo. Is it possible to use the lens with an adapter for both cameras? Is there an MFT to RF adapte
Unfortunately, the Vazen 40mm T2 1.8x Anamorphic Lens for Micro Four Thirds Cameras would not work for RF lens mount cameras like the RED Komodo. However, it would adapt to Zcam cameras that have the MFT lens mount. The Vazen 40mm T2 1.8x Anamorphic Lens (RF Mount) model would be the best choice for the RED Komodo. At this time MFT to RF adapters are not currently being manufactured.

Is the 40 mm the actual focal length (so roughly 80 mm equivalent to full 35 mm frame), or is it the equivalent focal length? In other words, is it wide-screen or is telephoto?
Due to the squeeze factor, to get the field of view side to side, you need to divide, 40mm into 1.8, which is roughly 22mm. However the top to bottom, will remain that of 40mm.
So in full frame terms, its roughly the same field of view as 45mm left to right, and 80mm top to bottom.

Are there filter threads on this lens? If so, what size?
No, The Vazen 40mm T2 1.8x Anamorphic Lens for Micro Four Thirds Cameras does not have filter threads. With this lens you would need to use a 95mm clamp on Matte box or adapter. Example 95mm Matte Box idea https://bhpho.to/3MTy91g
