To our knowledge, Sony has not released firmware for their XQD devices to be able to accept CFexpress. We have therefore not tested our cards with that camera yet.

To Prograde Digital - "Yes the 120GB card works with the Nikon Z series. That card is optimized for still shooting, not for video." I don't understand - what's the difference between stills and video "optimization"? The Z cameras top out at 144mbps for 4K. Is this card not able to handle that?

What does “not optimized for video” mean practically? Does it not record video,or just certain types of video?

Hi Thomas, we have no information on whether the firmware for this product has been upgraded to accept CFexpress cards. It is possible that Sony could offer that upgrade in the future.
