It is always best to use each system's proprietary antennas, but if needed on the fly, the CINEGEARS 5G Mini Antenna will work with a Teradek transmitter, although not with the same performance.

Yes, but you would just be replacing a 2db antenna with another. Just on a side note find a old router if you have one they come with 4db antennas and will work better.
