Advanced CFexpress Recording Speeds

Utilizing a PCI Express 3.0 x4 interface that supports NVM Express, this CFexpress card records at speeds up to 1540 MB/s for cinema-quality video captures, including DCI 4K and Full HD video at up to 180 fps. It also supports continuous burst shooting of up to 200 raw images.

48-Hour Replacement Guarantee

Delkin CFexpress memory cards and those with the "48HR logo" come with a premium 48-hour replacement guarantee in addition to a limited lifetime warranty. Delkin replace any non-working card within 48 hours or less (not including weekends), prior to receiving your non-working card. You can also replace your card over the counter at any authorized Delkin reseller. I bought these a while ago to use in my new Z9. The camera finally arrived so I got a chance to try them out finally. They worked great. Write speeds were fine for my use, concert photography, and I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought this (the 2 TB) back in December due to some favorable pricing at the time. This does not support enough sustained write speed for the recently released N-RAW 8.3k at either 30 or 60 fps. Also the buffer is not as deep as rated when shooting RAW photos. A good choice for a very large card but don't expect it to meet the most demanding write speeds.

I bought two of these in 2TB for my Z9 and they blaze. Faster and more reliable in my opinion than the XQD cards I had from an earlier Z model. Extremely durable/tough. I have had zero issues recording 8K24p and 4k120 to these. Zero issues with 120fps jpeg bursts or 20fps RAW bursts. Very nice to completely forget that I have media in the camera at all. No issues at all so far.

I had switched to a new Nikon mirrorless camera and got just one of these Delkin CFexpress cards to try- it's fabulous and just bought more!!! Highly recommend these if you are looking for a card you can rely on!!

No, it is not. The Canon EOS 7D Digital Camera is designed for use with CompactFlash memory cards. It is not compatible for use with the newer CFexpress memory cards.

I called Delkin customer service. Mark was very helpful. There is no minimum sustainable speed measurement. The card will throttle to a slower speed the hotter it gets making it difficult to state a measurement. This apparently is true of all CFexpress cards. Currently there is an issue that can at times cause an error message on the Canon R5 that stops the video. No video is ruined and video recording can resume. But interrupts the continuous video. Delkin and Canon on working together to identify the problem and resolve it. If it is a Delkin issue I was told they will replace it as it has a lifetime warranty. Delkin expects if it turns out to be a Canon issue, then a firmware update will fix the problem.

Thank you for asking! While the 2TB POWER card is a solid option for the Z9 in most modes, the Delkin BLACK 512GB is the better option if you're looking for faster sustained speeds to support ALL that camera can do.

Will this work with the highest settings on the BMPCC4K?

The BMPCC4K takes CFast 2.0 and SD cards (UHS-I and II) as well as some tested SSDs, but not CFExpress Type B, which is what this card is.
