Realy love it, butt the front pocket

I bought the 3l sling over one year ago, Overall im totaly happy with it. Love the quality materials, the smart and easy adjustable divider and most of all the pease of mind it provides me about my camera inside. The only thing that I dont like is the front pocket, I dont use it. Idk if Im the problem but every time I try to open or close the ziper of the front pocket it gets stuck and I’m struggling to open or close it further. I get there in the end but I realy don’t use the front pocket much because if that issue. Exept for that in my opinion minor thing I realy like the sling in every other aspect.

I purchased 3 liter sling for a walk around street photography with one mirrorless body and 2 lenses. The bag is extremely comfortable and functional. Small complaint, The front pocket is too tight even for a cell phone making it virtually unusable.

The 6L bag is an ideal size for a camera body with 2 zoom lenses or 3-4 small prime lenses, and has room for an extra battery or two, a few SD cards, a filter or two, and even your phone or keys. It’s ideal when you don’t need anything but your camera on a quick walk, or if you want to have your camera with you throughout the day without committing to carrying a large backpack for all of your gear. It’s comfortable to carry with the adjustable strap, and the blue is a gorgeous color that doesn’t scream camera bag. A larger bag with more gear wouldn’t be comfortable for me to carry on one shoulder or cross body. This is the bag I’ve been searching for.

The 6L sling is just the right size for me. Carries a camera, lens and a bottle of water.

Love it. Fits easily in the suitcase, so on arrival, just swap from Messenger to Sling for a lighter carry around. Backpack remains de facto for gear intensive loads. And all of them in Ash

The 10L is a perfect fit for my DJI Mavic Air2, 4-5 batteries, remote, cables, spare props, and SD cards. Love it.

A great travel and work bag for smaller systems.

I received this bag as a warranty replacement for my older Everyday Sling 10L v1. The V1 served me faithfully for 6 years before the main zip finally gave up the ghost. This will be more of a comparison of the differences I feel so far: 1. Main compartment feels deeper but thinner. Possibly because of how the zipper opening is now angled forward slightly. No issue with storing my smaller fuji gear with a power bank, charger, spare cards and some cleaning equipment. 2. Two zips up top for bi-drectional un zipping.. THANK YOU. The one sided design on v1 was annoying at times. While I do miss the leather zip-pulls i assume these will last longer. The leather ones lasted about 4+ years in tropical weather before I had to re-tie or use new key rings to attach my own. 3. Removable/interchangable attachment points for the accessory straps. Nice to not have the unused ones dangling like v1. Shoulder strap feels less like it will adjust itself while moving like the old one. 4. I miss the pocket divider the front compartment and it feels a little bit harder to take stuff out now. Only time will tell if this will be a pain point in the future. 5. Taken it out for a few shoots now and handles and feels as comfortable as the old one. Have yet to bring it on a trip but It should still be as good as the old one I reckon.

Just a couple of improvements needed!

- stabilizer strap! give some love to the bike riders - plastic buckle for taking the sling on/off faster - the front pocket is very very tight, even for a phone - collapsible bottle holder similar to the new WANDRD roam!

Could it fit my Sony A7R3 + 24-70GM attached?
Asked by: nhan
Definitely. It will be to the top and a touch tight if placed vertically, but should still close and give you room for another lens of any girth (though a 70-200 might be too tall. If placed horizontally, it would as well and allow another small lens. I either carry 3 lenses in mine or a A7r III with a 135 GM attached and a 35 or a 50 ZA.

Is the strap long enough to be able to use this as a cross-chest-arrangement, with the bag resting on the opposite hip from the shoulder? (I hope this makes sense!)
Asked by: John
Yes, the Peak Design Everyday Sling v2 (6L, Black) for most is long enough to sling over to one's hip.

If the lens is not connected to the camera, it may be possible to use the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera and the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS II USM Lens inside the Peak Design Everyday Sling v2 (6L, Black); however, it may be a snug fit.

Hi! Im curious if anyone has experienced and strange wear/tear/scratches on any camera bodies or lenses due to the fabrics of this sling? Specifically the "origami style" dividers. I just got this and they seem very rough to me. I am just skeptical about putting $3500 worth of new gear into it. I love PD and trust them but right now I am wary. Let me know thanks!
Asked by: Adam
There are no issues with the dividers scratching camera gear, your gear has a much harder surface than the material. If there were metal tabs, etc.. that would be an issue.

It looks like the 6L is big enough for a Sony A7iii with 70-200 f/2.8 GM attached. Is there also enough room to fit a second lens like the 24-70 f/2.8 GM?
Asked by: Jake
This will fit the Sony A7III with the 70-200 GM attached, but there will not be enough room for a 24-70 GM to fit in addition.
