This lens is probably one of the best ever made by Nikon, but I would use a 1.4X teleconverter, you would be shooting at f/4.

It is just amazing how Nikon REFUSES to add the grooves for the ARCA clamps..... Sigma has it, Zuiko has it..... This is really an omen.
