much better hub than anything else I could find. Has two usb-c slots one for powering the computer. This is really critical for the new mac book pro which only has two usb-c slots.

Does its job, could be a little heftier

This has done everything it's supposed to do with my MacBook Pro (be a card reader and USB-A adapter) without problem. The case feels like pretty light plastic and I think any serious drop onto a hard surface would likely crack it. That said, it's light enough that I'm not worried about its weight hanging off the port if I'm using a laptop stand that doesn't have space to support the hub.

This Hub delivers USB 3.1 Gen2 speeds. The SD slot is very fast with UHS II cards. Only draw back MicroSd slot is only UHS I.

This worked fine for a few weeks and the I went to go and use the SD card slot and it no longer works.... absolutely horrible!
