The MultiSync PA311D 31.1" 17:9 Color Critical Desktop HDR IPS Display from NEC features wide-gamut LED backlighting and their SpectraView Engine to deliver precise color for a variety of uses. It is equipped with a native resolution of 4096 x 2160, In-Plane Switching (IPS) technology, 10-bit support for 1.07 billion colors and Hybrid Log Gamma, a widescreen 17:9 aspect ratio, a static contrast ratio of 1400:1, 350 cd/m2 brightness, 149 pixels per inch, and an 8 ms response time. Using the 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, it is possible to watch content from virtually any position.
This display has two DisplayPort 1.2 ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports, a USB Type-C input that supports DisplayPort Alt mode and delivers up to 65W of power, two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-B inputs, three USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A outputs, a 3.5mm headphone output, and an RJ45 LAN jack. There is also an additional USB Type-A port for connecting an external USB color sensor. Or, use this additional USB port to connect a USB flash drive to backup or copy the picture modes, monitor settings, and update the firmware. The USB Type-C, DisplayPort, and HDMI ports also support audio input, and audio can be output using the dual integrated 1W stereo speakers.
NEC has engineered the MultiSync PA311D with support for 100% of the Adobe RGB gamut, 99.9% of the sRGB gamut, 98% of the DCI-P3 gamut, and 97.4% of the NTSC gamut. Also supported is HDCP 2.2, 1.4, 1.3, and 1.1a, a 14-bit 3D internal lookup table, Picture-in-Picture, Picture-by-Picture, and more. To further help improve viewing and accessibility, the MultiSync PA311D features a vertical tilt of -5 to 30°, a swivel of 90°, and a height adjustment of 5.9" in landscape orientation. If you'd like to mount this display on a wall, it is compatible with 100 x 100mm and 100 x 200mm VESA mounts.
Please note that the USB Type-C port and the USB Type-A port for the color sensor do not support data transfers or USB devices such as keyboards, mice, or storage media.
