Wacom One Pen
The Wacom One stylus features 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity and operates without batteries. For your convenience, it has a customizable side switch that can be programmed to frequently used commands. Moreover, three replacement nibs are included, so you can swap them out when they feel worn.
Compatible with Android
While the One is compatible with Windows and Mac systems, it's also compatible with Android via a separately sold third party adapter. Please check Wacom's site for more details.

I want to use this as my whiteboard for an on-line class --- does software come with it to allow me to do that?
You can find many tools for free or a fee that allow you to do this. This device is "just" a monitor that you can write on. Epson, Panasonic, and others have tools for Windows and Mac that are targeted for use with their interactive projectors, which are also "monitors" that you can write on. They are free to download but their EULA often states they are for use with their products.
