HTC Pro Eye Enterprise Overview

Gain a new level of insight on content interaction with the VIVE Pro Eye Enterprise VR System from HTC. This complete VR system features precision eye tracking that works to accurately record where a user focuses on your provided content. With heatmapping and gaze tracking functions, you can tell not only where a user looks, but for how long. These specific insights into elements of your product can be a treasure trove of valuable analytics regarding user intent and decision making.

With the ability to track eye movement, the VIVE Pro Eye system gives you additional abilities in VR. You can implement gaze-oriented menu navigation, making basic pointing, selection, and zooming easier and more intuitive. You can also enhance VR communication with more lifelike avatars that accurately reflect the actual user's eye movement and blinking. The headset and sensors are included to get you up and running quickly, and additional functionality is available to reduce GPU load on your VR environments, provide hi-res and surround sound audio, and more.

Foveated Rendering
You can optimize the fidelity of your content based on where the user is looking, to both give them a more realistic experience and reduce the load on GPUs when rendering environments. Low resolutions would render at the user's peripheral vision, high resolution at focused objects in the user's line of sight, and medium resolution at the blended area between that and the user's peripheral vision.
Premium Visual Fidelity
The headset provides an extremely detailed 615 PPI, 2880 x 1600 pixel resolution via dual-OLED displays. This kind of fidelity not only allows for the display of breathtaking graphics, but also text that's more readable and more lifelike textures.
Hi-Res & Surround Sound Audio
The headphones of the VIVE Pro Eye headset have the ability to produce accurate sounds and audio cues that mimic the volumes, pitches, and reverberations of the real world. This can give your simulations a more immersive experience with a longer lasting impact on users.
Comfort & Balance
Engineered to be for extended use, the headset can be easily taken on and off, and features eye relief with lens-distance adjustment, adjustable IPD, adjustable headphones, and an adjustable headstrap. It's optimized to fit a wide range of head sizes, including people who wear glasses.
Room-Scale Tracking
The included equipment is designed to support VR experiences in large, room-scale environments of up to 32 x 32'. Using SteamVR 2.0 for accurate tracking throughout the space, this gives you the ability to create content suitable for multiple simultaneous users. Please note that 32 x 32' areas require four SteamVR Base Station 2.0 units, and this system includes two units, which by themselves, support a maximum area of 22'11" x 22'11"
