Is it compatible directly with Elinchrom Q mount? Does it have a skyport protocol for the remote control?
No, it is not compatible with the Elinchrom Q mount.
It can work with the modifiers made specific for the CLX10.
It comes with a Profoto adapter so one can use Profoto modifiers.
It has a bezel that works with the Elinchrom Portalite speed-ring.
And the remote is not the same protocol as the ones for the Elinchrom strobes.

There is no strobe feature in this Led light. However, you can check out the new light & Motion Reflex S or Rotolight Neo 3

Can the light be Gelled for 3200K ?
Yes, the Light & Motion Stella Pro 2-Light Storyteller Kit can be gelled. Do not put the gel directly on top of the light. Leave air space so the gel does not melt to the cob. The Rosco Cinegel #3411 RoscoSun 3/4 CTO Filter (20 x 24" Sheet) will reduce the Kelvin temperature from 5500 to 3200K.
