The Half Cage Kit with Quick Release Manfrotto Baseplate from CAMVATE is made up of three rail bars, a top plate with a shoe mount, and a Manfrotto quick release baseplate. It is designed to provide a mounting platform for select Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Panasonic DSLR cameras. The Manfrotto quick release plate with 1/4"-20 mounting screw, combined with a shoe mount on the top plate, double-locks the camera in the cage rig. This half cage is adjustable within 3.6 to 5.1", and 1/4"-20 mounting threads allow for adding separately available accessories such as a handgrip, rod support, microphone, light, monitor, EVF, and follow focus. It is made of hard-anodized aluminum for solidity and durability.
