Spider Camera Holster SpiderPro Lens Collar P... Reviews

Must have for heavy lens

Use this to carry M.Zuiko 150-600mm lens and camera body, putting the weight on the lens not the camera body. Once adjusted to balance the camera and lens it rides on 5he hip nicely. The lens and camera are fairly hefty but I have had them on my hip for 4 or more hours in the field while birding without problem. With the camera at my hip there are never issues with straps getting crossed or tangled. Spider Pro is my field carry device for camera and lens always when birding.

Great support for Canon 24-100 f 2.8

I leave this plate on my long lens and it works great. The camera bracket stays put as well so when I change lenses, it is always ready to clip into my spider holster.

Can this plate be used with a spderlight holster?
Asked by: Martin
Thank you Martin - All Spider plates (Pro, Light and Collar) are cross-compatibel and so will work seamlessly with any of our holsters. That said, I wanted you to be aware of using our Spider belts. Spider belts are ergonomically uperior to regular belts and are designed to manage the extra weight you may have using large lenses, as well as adding lens pouches, flashes and other camera accessories with ease. Thank you, Spider Team
