Rated 5 out of 5 by from Attractive and cost effective I have used Raxxess eco racks for years in fixed installations. They make an attractive and functional rack in studios, sound booths, schools, equipment installations - anywhere equipment needs to be mounted in an attractive cabinet. IMPORTANT: These racks are not designed to be used in a mobile situation. They will last forever in an installation and make swapping and storing equipment a breeze. They are not durable and will not withstand the rigors of touring or mobile use. That said, used properly, they are easily the best value to fill their specific use.B&H offers the best price, best shipping costs, and immediate shipping.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking small rack Used to rack mount four 1U low-power servers... placed on the top shelf of my chrome equipment rack, it works well and looks great (neat, clean, modern). As someone mentioned, these are similar to Ikea assembly required furniture--it is slightly thicker than the Ikea Billy bookshelves I own, and the finish is more durable. If Ikea sold these, they would be about 15% less, but they don't. I'm happy with my purchase since shipping was free. Includes screws to assemble, but not to mount your equipment (need 10-32). The screws from my Road Runner effects case were slightly larger (M5?) and didn't fit this rack.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from seriously overpriced For what this is...a few average slabs particle board (with terribly prepared pilot holes mind you, which ALL needed to be drilled out manually before assembly so the screws would even fit), a handful screws and a pair of rack rails...it's not really worth the price/ shipping. There's nothing revolutionary about the design, it's just an Ikea-esque rack, which costs more than others, that you have to build yourself. Either Raxxess needs to slash their prices in half or they really need to offer better product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from works well and builds easily I'm using this for a small home studio. It was very easy to assemble, a screwdriver is all you need. It's also solid and feels quite sturdy. One thing to note is that it's not solid wood and uses a veneer that in a couple places started to peel during assembly. Not a big deal, but for the price I'd expect slightly better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for our needs We used this product in our studio to hold our Black Magic decks so we can have the viewing monitors on top. Bought 3 and liked the look so much bought 2 more. They are easy to put together (easier if you have two people so one can hold while the other screws in. All five were perfectly machined so all the holes lined up just fine. I only wish they had a few more screws to hold the rack bracket.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 4-space rack arrived with 10-space rails My 4-space rack arrived with 10-space rails. So I can't build it unless I visit a local machine shop to have the rails cut down. Too much hassle, pain in the butt to pack it up and take a few hours off work to go ship it back.I can't really rate it because I can't put the darned thing together.Would not recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too Much For Me, But Keeping It Anyway I only needed a rack for two units. This has four. Hindsight I would have just gotten what I needed. Otherwise, I like construction. Seems solid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to put together and sturdy I use this rack for my Peavey amp and my Aviom in-ear monitor gear. It's easy to put together and sturdy. I would buy another one if I needed it.
