Keep your local deer coming back for more with the 6.5 Gallon Pro Hunter Hanging Deer Feeder from Moultrie. You can program it to dispense feed up to six times per day, for anywhere from 1-20 seconds each time. Feed is distributed in a 30' diameter circular pattern, and the 6.5 gallon barrel holds 40 pounds of feed. The feeder has an ABS plastic housing and a metal spin plate and funnel, and is equipped with Moultrie's Quick Lock adapter so it can easily mount on any barrel or hopper. A built-in varmint guard keeps critters from stealing the feed, while a feed-level estimator and battery indicator allow for a no-surprises operation. The feeder requires a user-supplied 6V battery and has a jack for an optional external power source.

Moultrie Pro Hunter II Reviews
Assembly was easy. Light and easy to carry and set up solo. Hogs dig it
The feed I used wouldn't drop
I needed to make this work with an alfalfa pellets and while they're not big, they wouldn't come down the funnel. So I have no idea what size grain this is meant for.
great motor/electronics so far
this feeder is perfect for my place, I move them often because our wind directions change frequently. the display and electronics are good, and the motor slings the corn in a 40' diameter at least. the only down so far is the lid. need s to be better than standard 5 gal bucket steel lid. I will make my own container next time.
Good Quality Product
Product is of good quality. and have not had any problems with it.
This is the second of these small feeders I have they do a good job, a simple but good feeder
Bucket slightly bent on arrival
Bucket slightly bent on arrival and top will not go on securely
Only thing wrong is the lid will hold water and it will rust after a couple years
Very nice and sturdy, wish
Very nice and sturdy, wish you could remove lid without taking it completely down.
