OP/TECH USA Double Sling Overview

Comfortably carry two cameras or binoculars at the ready with the made in the USA, black Double Sling from OP/TECH USA. The Double Sling features wide, neoprene pads for comfort and is rated for a 15 lb load capacity per side. This versatile setup is easy to attach, fully adjustable from 21.5-25", and can be used with one or two cameras. Nylon webbing with leather tabs ensure strength and durability. Use the included Uni-Loops for confident and secure camera and binocular attachment.

The Double Sling offers the same feel and fast action of the Utility Strap. Its U-shaped neoprene pad effectively distributes and balances the weight of two cameras while absorbing the shock from the photographer's movements. The cameras glide up and down the strap with ease.
Using OP/TECH USA's exclusive Uni-Loop Connectors (included with harness) to attach the cameras, the tripod socket remains available. The strap also has added flexibility in that it can be adjusted to carry only one camera if desired. By simply adjusting one of the slings snugly under the arm, the U-shaped pad remains stable on the shoulders.
The Sling Strap Adaptor System Connector used on the Double Sling can be removed from the U-shaped pad and added to any other OP/TECH USA standard strap pad to create an over-the-shoulder sling strap. This interchangeable design gives the photographer flexibility to customize their gear to fit changing needs.

I love this harnass. I always had pain in my neck. And now not anymore. I use it with one camera but also with two cameras. It's very light weight what is perfect for me. I can't shoot without it anymore. Use it for a few years now.

Where is the 21.5-25" and 23-46" lengths for small and medium measured? Maybe superimposing on the model person with the strap will be clearer.

Which size would be a better fit for a 5' tall woman?

The Small is probably going to be a better fit but it depends on how low you want your cameras to hang. The Small adjusts from 21.5"–25" (54,6cm–63,5cm) on each side and the Regular adjusts from 23"–31" (58,4cm–78,7cm) on each side (measured from shoulder to connector)

does it cause problems if the 2 items are different weights? I'd most likely be using it with an slr and attached 200mm lens on one side and small zeiss binoculars on the other.

If you are concerned about it, you may want to consider the Dual Harness-Loop version. It has a chest strap to give more support in a situation of uneven weight....OR you can attach a chest strap to the Double Sling as we do have one that is sold as an accessory. It can be used as a chest strap or under the arm to give additional support. It's called the Sys. Connector- Sternum/Under Arm Adaptor 1301232. Thanks for your interest in our products. We really appreciate it!
