I shoot indoor hockey and need a 24-105mm lens with a f2.8 capability. Are you planning to manufacture one?
Hi--I don't know of any plans for a 24-105mm f/2.8 lens, although since there is a lot of demand for a lens like that, Canon or another company may be developing one. You might try a fast prime lens for hockey--it's less convenient, but you can get some great images with an f/2.8, f/2, or f/1.4 lens.

Canon RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM Lens will work with a APS-C RF camera but make sure to multiply the focal length with 1.6x. So on a APS-C camera this will be a 39-168 mm (35 mm equivalent) lens.
