question

I need to get a boom arm for video shoots but I have had bad experience with microphone stands. Is it possible to fit this arm on a light stand or does it only fit on a mic stand?
Asked by: Max
You will need an adapter bushing (B&H # AUADCOMBOS) to connect the two. The boom has 5/8 female threads and your light stand probably has either 1/4 or 3/8 male threads.
