These are great quality. Love the dual feature. Easily store photos and videos from phone to flash drive, then transfer to PC either USB or type C. Great buy for the amount of storage. I will definitely have multiple of these.

As long as the drive is formatted for FAT32, exFAT, HFS+, or APFS, it will work. You may need a computer to format the drive but most drives like this are formatted for FAT32 or exFAT. A drive formatted for NTFS will not work.

Yes. Using the Type A USB port on the flash drive. The USB Type C Port on the drive must be used with a compatible Type C female port.

I use this memory-stick between my USB-C only Macbook pro, and other devices which have USB-A and no USB-C. I never reformatted it - it just worked on both Mac OS and PC right out of the box. I have no IOS devices with any USB ports. Most IOS devices use only Lightning connectors. The only exceptions that have a USB-C connector I know of are the iPad Pro 2018 and later, iPad Air 2020 or later, and iPad mini in 2021. So if you are planning to use it on one of those, you need to check what format those need on a memory-stick.
