ProGrade Digital 1TB CFexpress Type B Reviews
Works on Nikon Z6 but NOT D500
Works as advertised with the Nikon Z6 Zero problems. D500 is an crd err. The firmware is up to date. So I'm not sure why it is not working properly.
Fast and a great value
You can't go wrong with the ProGrade Digital 256GB CFexpress 2.0 Type B Gold Memory Card. The card is super fast and is a great value for the price.
Works in Z6 and D850 w/firmware updates
Great price and problem free in Nikon Z6 and D850 cameras. 50% Faster R/W times w/CFExpress card in XQD/CFExpress reader and MacBook Pro.
Perfect Pair
I live outside the USA, and here we just have SanDisk cards and acessories, but when I buy a new camera that doesn't use SD Cards anymore, didn't find CFExpress card to sell here, so decided to try this ProGrade products (card and reader) that I met watching Jared Polin's videos. Better choice I everymade because the quality! It's really superb! After bought this product, I had the oportunity to test some Sony cards and readers and don't like as much. Don't get me wrong, was good products but the general quality gave me the feeling could broke at any time. This ProGrades cards almost didn't get hot after filming 4K movies for 4 hours (not continuos recording). Always that I need cards or readers, I will stick with ProGrade.
Disappointing R/W Speeds
I bought this for my Canon R5 because I needed more storage, and it was on sale. Not worth the price it sells for. Works if you don't need fast R/W speeds, but also slow file transfer. I would not use for birds in flight such as bald eagles! Among all the cards I own, this is the slowest. See Crystal disk files obtained using: Thinkpad X1-Carbon, Core I7, 8 gen, paired with Trebleet CFExpress Card reader from the USB-C port.
Seems to be a good product for stills on R5
Third Pro-Grade card I've purchased. I really don't do video but if you do, you might want to look at the larger capacity cards that are compatible with 4k. I have found the Pro-Grade cards work well for my uses.
Awesome card
Very reliable and works fast for download.
Fast and doesn't get hot (unlike Lexar)
These work great and don't overheat in my Z9 like the Lexar Pro cards I used previously.
