Lumicon 2" Easy Guider Off-Axis Guider for DSLR Cameras
Key Features
  • Low-Profile Design
  • Large Pick-Off Prism
  • Prism Stays Below Imaging Sensor
  • Uses Primary Telescope Light Path
Improve your tracking accuracy during DSLR astrophotography sessions by using a guide camera with the Lumicon 2" Easy Guider Off-Axis Guider. It installs between your telescope's drawtube and your camera and redirects a portion of the light coming into the telescope through a pick-off prism and sends it to your guide camera. The low-profile design helps to limit additional optical length while keeping the prism low in the field of view and out of the camera sensor's sight line to avoid interference. Utilizing this configuration provides improved accuracy versus a separate guide scope setup. The guider fits 2" focusers with standard T-threads on the other side for your camera-specific T-ring and comes with a 1.25" guide camera extension tube to ensure the proper back focus. This is just the guider; you need to provide the telescope, camera, T-ring, guide camera, computer, and guide software.
