I'm wondering what made people buy these instead of the 8x42 SF? are they bright enough? I love the size and weight, but I don't want to sacrifice any optics. Thx
The ZEISS Victory SF 8x32 binoculars are slightly smaller and lighter compared to the ZEISS Victory SF 8x42. A larger objective lens is not really needed unless you are often using them often at dawn or dusk.

The angle of view is quoted as "6.7° (Actual)". Can this be right?
I also noticed the wrong FOV-number... B&H, please change to the correct 8.89 FOV under Specs. Do it today. Please.

what is the width of the eyepiece lens?
what is the width of the eyepiece lens?
I made a paper template to fit precisely across the diameter of the eyepiece glass and with digital calipers it measures 22.45 mm. Compare with my Swaro EL 8.5x42 which are 25.35 mm measured using the same technique. HTH.

Are there flip up lens caps available for the objective lenses on this binocular? The caps this comes with are driving me crazy.
Unfortunately we do not sell any flip caps for the ZEISS 8x32 Victory SF Binoculars.
