The CineStill Cs41 C-41 Color Stablizer Final Rinse contains a surfactant -to prevent water form drying on the film and leaving spots- and Hexamine or Miconazole, which prevent fungus growth. Although Cinestill's C-41 development chemistry makes a conventional stabilizer bath redundant, it's nevertheless good practice to use a final rinse bath to prevent organisms from growing in your emulsion, since processed color film does not contain silver which is naturally anti-microbial. This 20 oz bottle of chemistry is rated to last for approximately 24 rolls.
