This film is great at 100. I am excited to see what it can do pushed to 400.

This is my go-to B&W film for important work. (Wish it was less expensive.) Love it's look, it's contrast, it's grain.

Fuji 100 Acros II is my go to B&W film stock. Acros have a superb tonality range and great contrast. It is also great for long exposure no other film even comes close to Acros in that category. Anyone who has not tried this film is really missing out on what is possible in B&W photography today.

It's a great film, nice contrast, very low grain and prints easily. Cannot tell how well it scans, I did prints only. The downside: expiration date. It expires 12/2021. Curiously enough it is the same batch and expiration as on the rolls I bought in May 2020. On the bright side, we can still buy it. So hurry up, buy and shoot it while it lasts.

Superb black and white film

Not the cheapest, but stunningly beautiful. Fuji acros was wonderful ( and I still have a few rolls of the original in 120 left), and this just as lovely, slightly better than the original. Beautiful tonality and pretty grainless, I love it for portraits and anything else. It needs light, yes, but since that is plentiful here, I don't worry about it. One of the best black and white films!

While this is an outstanding medium-speed film at ISO 100, I have found that pushing it to 400 gives me exactly the look I like: super fine grain and very contrasty, with rich dark tones and beautiful middle grays.

Impressed!

Uniquely different than most other B&W film. Incredible sharpness, silky smooth mid-tones and deep blacks. Plays well with Ilford DD-X developer.
