What is the main difference in these compared to the other sets?
The CAME-TV Boltzen Q-55S 55W Bi-Color LED Fresnel 3-Light Kit (B&H# CAQ55S3) differs from these. . .
CAME-TV Boltzen Q-55S Focusable 55W Fresnel Bi-Color LED 2-Light Kit (B&H# CAQ55S2)
and
CAME-TV Boltzen B-55S Focusable 55W Fresnel Bi-Color LED 2-Light Kit with Batteries (B&H# CAQ55S4B)
. . . because those kits have just two lights. One of those kits comes with batteries, too, whereas the CAME-TV Boltzen Q-55S 55W Bi-Color LED Fresnel 3-Light Kit (B&H# CAQ55S3) does not. These take "Sony L-series compatible batteries" (very commonly yet erroneously called "Sony NP-F batteries") or many large batteries (e.g. most "V-Mount batteries"), examples of which are given in the Accessories section of this product webpage or by searching for those terms using the search bar on the B&H website.

What is the watt output of the light ?
What is the watt output of the light ?
The Boltzen draws 55 watts. Its equivalent brightness compared to tungsten light will vary based on color temperature selected and angle of beam, but a good rule of thumb is multiply the draw by 4 for a conservative estimate and 5 as the high side . So, between 220 and 275 watts equivalent.
