A portrait-length prime featuring a compact design, the YN 50mm f/1.8S DA DSM from Yongnuo is a 75mm-equivalent lens designed for APS-C-format Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. The lens's bright f/1.8 design suits working in low-light conditions and also enables increased control over depth of field for isolating subject matter. The optical design incorporates one low dispersion element, which helps to reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing, and a nano multi-layer coating has been applied to suppress flare and ghosting for improved contrast in strong lighting conditions. Balancing the optics is a DSM autofocus system, which promotes fast and quiet focusing performance to suit both photo and video applications.

What range of wavelengths of light LESS THAN 400 nm does this lens transmit at least 50% of? At least 25% of?
The following is not an answer to this question; instead, it is a clarification as to what I, who posted this question, am referring to. Please understand that while I am grateful for this question having been addressed, I was NOT INQUIRING as to the transmission by this lens of near Infrared light, i.e. that with a range of wavelengths between 700 and 1200 nm.
Rather, I am inquiring as to the UV (aka the near Ultraviolet spectrum, in particular, UV-A light, which has an approximate range of wavelengths from 320 to 400 nm.
