Is there any difference between the hardware of the JBL 300 vs the JBL 200 aside from the USB dongle? Like for example does one have a higher quality mic, or better sound quality?

I bought Quantum 100. Where can I buy a PC splitter?
You could search for "Headset Splitter Cable for PC 3.5mm Jack Headphones Adapter" from third-party sellers like Amazon and make sure to get a standard CTIA type.

Why do I mine get staticky out of nowhere all the time but I’ve never done anything to them.(Never bent any cords, dropped it)

Flip up mute not working when I connect this to my laptop. I don't use the switcher. I have not installed any additional drivers. I have used it on my zoom and Webex video calls and was not able to mute by flipping up the mic.
Please make sure the boom microphone is completely flipped up for the mute to activate. You'll also see that the red LED will light up once the mute is enabled. If the problem persists, please reach out to our local support at https://support.jbl.com/in/en/customer-service/contact.html

If I’m purchasing this for PlayStation, does it really matter if I purchase the 200 or the 300? Because will jbl’s surround sound feature even be accessible on console?
If you're referring to the JBL Quantum SURROUND feature, it's only available on the PC since it needs the Quantum Engine PC software for it to work. That said, when connected to the console, it should be able to render the virtual surround sound output just fine if configured on the console/in-game.

Will any of them hook up wirelessly to a ps4/or xbox one?
Our JBL Quantum 600 and 800 can work wirelessly with a Sony PS4 via the 2.4Ghz Wireless dongle.
