Samsung 870 QVO Internal SSD Reviews

Very suitable for Video Production

I bought 1 TB Version few years ago for my Photos app, and working fast and smooth as expected. 1 week ago bought this one with 8 TB to use it as my External Drive with correct cable with my Mac Studio for my Photo and video production up to 4K, and working in average speed 450 up to 500 MB (again with correct cable). its not like pricy G-Drive 8 TB with thunderbolt, but when I need Drive for Video edit up to 4K no need to pay the Double, while this one gives me more than enough speed.

No cables included. What cable do I need? eSATA or SATA? And pin count?
Asked by: James
If you intend to use it as an internal SSD connected to a motherboard on a desktop, you would need a sata to sata cable. On a laptop, usually the connector is part of the board. If externally, it depends on the type of connector that you device needs (sata to Usb-c, sata to usb-a etc)
