The Nova P300c RGB LED Panel Travel Kit from Aputure combines the versatile, high-performance P300c panel with a heavy-duty rolling case, making it ready for worldwide travel.

Aputure Nova P300c RGB LED Light Panel

Flexibility and control are key to the design of the Aputure Nova P300c RGB LED Light Panel. The sturdily constructed fixture has two lighting modes. The CCT mode offers an expansive color temperature of 2000 to 10,000K with an impressive CRI/TLCI rating of 95 and plus/minus green control. The HSI mode allows you to adjust the hue, saturation, and intensity for access to literally millions of custom colors, and the 300 industry-standard gel library offers even greater chromatic control. The P300c is also dimmable from 0 to 100% without flicker or color shift. Besides user-programmable presets, the P300c has 15 special effects including cop car, lightning, paparazzi, candle, and more.

All of these adjustments can be made locally on the unit or remotely via a console, thanks to the P300c's built-in DMX, or with wireless control of all aspects of the light from a smartphone using the Sidus Link app. The P300c is ready for worldwide use, thanks to its 100 to 240 VAC power supply but it can also run on 24 to 48V batteries when AC power is unavailable.

    The quality of the light and the controls are wonderful, but its size and weight keep me from using it often. I much prefer a 600x (and now 300c) with modifiers for the fast style small crew shooting we do.

    I have 4 of these on a network TV series and they are a great lightweight soft source for use behind large diffusion. Half the weight and profile of an s60 on a combo stand and almost as much light output. Recently had a controller fail and after touching base with Aputure, they had a replacement shipped to me free of charge.

    I believe this is the perfect back/fill light more than enough power and the ability to turn it to any color to match the ambience in any room is great. I have 2 of them now and I think they are a good light to have. If you're looking to have this as a key light it may not have the power you're hoping for.

    I now have 4 of them and can't wait to get more of their line up. The build quality, light output is truly amazing. I wish more companies would take a cue from Aputure and include a well-thought-out custom case for a reasonable price. Aputure really hit the mark on all fronts with this light!

    This light is stellar! Love the brightness, quality of light, build and functionality... However, it's not light (pun intended) and I highly recommend getting the rolling case to keep this investment safe. Also, the Aputure Softbox for P300c LED Panel is a must - it's perfect for interviews, etc.

    Wow! This light is amazing. It's built like a tank and much heavier than I expected. The light quality is solid! Love the variety of lighting modes from simple white balance color to full RGB and of course the range of effects. The case is super-solid too! My only nit-pick is I wish the case was more compact somehow-it's just huge relative to the size of the light. I'm looking forward to using it with my next production!

    Approaching the 4 year anniversary of buying this light, shortly after product release. Didn't research it, hadn't heard of it. The sales professional told me about it since sky panels were out of stock. I've had it run for about 8000 hours at this point. No issues. Main applications are broadcast and corporate video, interviews, seminars, and office presentations. It's strong enough to key. Barn doors at all times. Waited over a year for backorder on those but now it's been a couple years since the softbox went back on. After the workday, this light still gets some use for ambience, blue light on plants. Really cool light. Candle/fire in the evening, chilling with friends/family. Matches nicely to led lights with a bowens mount like 300 series aputure, nanlite, etc. Got 3-5 of those on a rack at any given time, depending on what's in the truck. The Nova p300c stays on a c-stand. It's as much an extension of my hands as the main camera/tripod. Another reviewer said it's a Swiss army knife. That's correct. I thought I would get more of this light, and I would, but really have not needed it. My favorite thing about this light is that I never have to think about it. I just carry it by the yoke, no case (sits up flat, solid, heavy enough. May put it on an apple box if I'm worried about the surface/moisture. Throw this in the truck with a good workhorse ENG shoulder cam and solid sticks. C-stand, sandbag. Light modifiers. In and out with one bag. Same tool every time.
