How do you adapt this to fit a 1/4 inch thread?
Being that this light stand has a 5/8” stud on top, you may use the Manfrotto 014-14 Rapid Adapter - 5/8" Stud to 1/4-20" Thread, B&H # MA01414 to convert that stud to a 1/4-20” thread.

Are these really 36 long when closed? The specs say 3 feet, does anyone have a more precise length when closed? I want to know what size bag to buy to hold three of these

I would need to pivot the light downward, it appears with the bracket and barn doors it's very limited. What adjustable mount would be suitable to use between the light stand and light head?
