To view pics/videos, do you remove the SDSU card and view on computer? Possible to view on an iPad?

Yes, you would need to remove the SD card in order to view its content. You will also need a card reader to read it if you computer doesn't have one and you will need an adapter for if you want to use your iPad. This may vary depending on the ipad model you have.

The trophy is a great value for the money. you should Check out the Bushnell Core DS Low-Glow Trail Camera higher price but gives you a 30mp camera, 1920 x1080 HD video plus more.

any way to get it to work at temperatures to 45 below zero? Also - ways to keep the lens clear in those temperatures?

Unfortunately no, it is only guaranteed down to -4 F. Using it below -4 F would be considered mis-use and not covered by the warranty. It is possible it will operate at temperatures under -4 F but not guaranteed and powering the camera could be an issue too. Batteries drain faster when used in colder temperatures.
