Will there be a body only version (no lens) offered?
Asked by: Steve Clark
Answering as the guy who originally asked the question now that I have the G100: The lens that comes with the camera is a great addition to the other nine micro-4/3 Lumix lenses in my arsenal. At only about 75 grams with the 12-32mm range, I didn't have anything like it. With this camera body being so lightweight itself, there will be times that I will want to be using this lens to take anywhere. Based on the Australian price differences for the body only version, the lens only adds about 15% to the cost of the camera (all other difference factors remaining the same). Well worth it.
