AGM ASP-Micro TM160 Overview

Suitable for law enforcement, search and rescue, hunting, and recreational use, the black Asp-Micro TM160 Thermal Imaging Monocular from AGM is a compact optic that uses heat signatures for viewing and recording images in the dark. The Asp-Micro measures distance and target size, and identifies temperature hot spots, displaying images on a 720 x 540 LCOS display with white hot, black hot, red hot, or fusion palettes. The optic's refresh rate is a smooth 50 fps and its optical magnification is 1x, with digital 2x, 3x, and 4x settings.

The Asp-Micro records video and photos to its 8GB internal memory and can link to your smartphone or other device via Wi-Fi, or to your computer via USB. Tools include automatic gain control, digital detail enhancement, and 3D digital noise reduction. Thermal contrast is below 35 mK NETD at 25°C.

As an avid birder I'd love to detect birds hiding in foliage. Will this device pick up the body heat of small birds? Can someone who purchased please test that for me?

The AGM Asp-Micro TM160 Thermal Imaging Monocular BH #AGASPMTM160 &bull; MFR #3093251001AM10 can detect the heat index coming out of walls. It cannot detect the heat index on the opposite side of the wall.

The AGM Asp-Micro TM160 is a thermal imaging sensor. It does not register speed.

Yes, the AGM Asp-Micro TM160 Thermal Imaging Monocular can be used during daylight. This is a thermal imager and so can view the thermal differences as well by day.
