Good Headset!

I bought these at a great discount of $30 but heck even $40 I would not be complaining. To be sure there is not much to complain about actually. Well.. the ANC on these headsets are not the strongest. The ANC can cancel out the hum of an Air purifier, it can reduce the noise of running water from a sink but it cant cancel out a dryer. These will certainly not cancel out noise from an airplane.
There is also a monitor mode if you want to be extra vigilant, it doesn't sound great if there is no music playing. Speaking of music, music sounds great! I gotta be honest this does not sound like your typical "V" headset with enhanced highs and big bass. I am not sure how these headsets are using its planar drivers but the sound signature is different, not bad, just different.
The actual headset themselves are good quality. I am surprised that its plastic everywhere considering it had the original price of $250, i guess planar drivers are a lot of money. The plastic does not make the device feel cheap though and it keeps it light, useful if your gonna use these to work-out. I love how simple the controls are, its my favorite thing about these headsets.
perfect gift

As far as sound quality, they definitely sound great (like a set of $100 headphones). Function, pros and cons. The around the ear loops tend to snag on everything, and the magnetic pause likes to disconnect audio from the Bluetooth setting (leaving it in calls only mode). Otherwise, they are extremely comfortable and I can wear them for long listening sessions. I mainly use them for audiobooks in bed, so its nice to be able to have both left and right buds handy for when I decide to roll on one side or another (not the worst headset to lean against a pillow with, but i prefer nothing between my pillow and ear).
No android app, but easy enough to adjust LDAC or EQ through android. The pause is my biggest gripe. Battery life has been great.
Excellent Noise Cancelling

I purchased the headphones on sale at B&H, and it's been a great value at that price. Per my headline, the headphones provide excellent noise cancelling. I would give the device 5 stars except for two things, one of which may not be a fault (or all of the fault) with the device: 1) The on-device controls are a bit funky, requiring frequent review of the owners manual to remember which buttons (and duration of button pushes) do what, especially for more complicated things like taking a phone call. I've found that life is simpler if I just control music and calls from my phone rather that with the on-headset controls. 2) This headset and my Google Pixel 6 phone have a problem connecting in a crowded Bluetooth environment (e.g., a gym). Whether this is the Pixel's fault, the headsets fault, or some combination, I have no idea. I've learned to connect (and start playing music so as to stay connected and not time out) before I enter the gym. But, again, per my headline, once it's up and running the noise cancelling is excellent, and it makes all the difference in noisy environments like a gym or an airplane. I'm very glad I purchased this device.

Go these from a tip off on Twitter by a tech YouTuber I really like. At 40 bucks it was a steal. I have not been able to use the hi-res audio like the LDAC etc yet. But am excited that it is still a option if I want to try it. Can't wait to see what these babies can really do for me.
Nice sound, but not so good design

For the price, it's still a good deal. But the design of long and related find wires coming out a much stronger and bigger structure is not good, making the wires easily being damage (for comparison see the attached photo for a better design). Also, if it tells you when you tern on how many hours you can listen to (like the model in the photo) that will be nice.
In short, if it had a similar design like the Plantronics early version (all the control buttons are on the left and right ear pieces and a female voice tells you power on, headset connected, or not connected when you turn power on), I would give it five stars. I don't care too much about the noise cancellation part that much.
PS. The model in the photo is no longer available, that's the reason I purchased the current one.

These earbuds came highly recommended and they live up to the hype, with a couple of small flaws.
First the good. The sound quality, noise-cancelling, and battery life are all very good. The sound is detailed and the stereo sound field is wide and spacious. Bass is controlled but strong, and the highs are never distorted. For demanding music like small-group acoustic jazz and classical music, their dynamic response and spacious sound field make listening a pleasure, with sonic details that make them a joy to wear. I have not yet traveled with them on an airplane but in a passenger car at highway speed (as a passenger, mind you) they do a great job of isolating the music from the road and wind noise. Battery life is good and the earphones report their battery level accurately to the phone. I have not gotten them low enough to trigger the phones' warning tones.
I have three minor inconveniences with these earbuds. 1) The neckband could be stiffer and has a tendency to slide around a bit. 2) The controls don't have a good tactile feel, so you have to feel for the power button, then slide to the next bump for volume-down, then to volume up, then to the ANC button. Frankly I think a better design would place the control buttons on the outward side of the band, so they are protected from sweat and skin oils from the wearer's neck. 3) Though they are paired with my phone and seem to reconnect to it after a couple seconds, I have to go into the phone's Bluetooth settings and disconnect, then reconnect the earphones before they start playing.
But once they are playing they are an absolute joy to listen to music through.
Amazing deal for the price

It's my first time trying this iem-like form factor and they're extremely comfortable. They sound amazing even though the sound signature is certainly different that other headphones I have (the high end is certainly more pronounced on these). Battery life is great and while the ANC isn't the most powerful on the market, it does a great job of cutting out external noises. I can't say I would have picked them up at their msrp price however when on sale, these are a no-brainer.
