This duo color LED light is all that it's cracked up to be. I am able to control the levels of light by ONE percent. Rare for a light of this price to have such precise options. Dimming capability is from 10% to 100% which is also great to have such a wide range. The assembly if you even want to call it that is so simple. See photos for how it comes right out of the box. As far as usage this product is ideal if you want to record for a live stream, studio photography, even a podcast recording if you want to use the footage for YouTube! (That's what I've been using it for.)

This is a pretty great little light. You get a lot for your money. It's compact, lightweight, but has quite an impressive featureset! I'm always shooting in varied lighting situations, so I really appreciate when lights are bi-color, and especially when their labeled color temperature actually matches with other lights, which this one does.
I've used it in a myriad of situations, from filming YouTube videos of myself in studio to using it for super dramatic, contrasty photos on location. I really love too that it can be used with Sony Batteries, which everyone has a handful lying around these days right? And if not, they're pretty inexpensive!
On battery power, it outputs the same amount of light that it does plugged in, which, again, isn't always the case. I generally like to use batteries instead of power, but the R9's power cord is so wonderfully long that in studio, I don't even mess with batteries anymore. It's more than long enough to be completely mobile.
I also really like that it has a modifier hole. I use it with an umbrella quite often to get a nice, smooth cascade of diffused light, and it just looks beautiful, especially at 5600k.
Overall, this light is a solid, dependable workhorse that operates silently, consistently, and accurately! I definitely recommend it for sure. Is it the brightest light ever? No. Does it need to be? Also no. During shoots with this as the only light source, I've never had to raise my ISO above 400, while still maintaining a speedy enough shutter.
If you're looking for a solid, good quality light with a complete featureset, accurate bi-color, battery compatibility, and a really impressive output, this is the one for you! Plus, at that price point, you really can't find anything as good. And I've looked.
Get this light and you won't be disappointed! [ I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion]

The Raya Bi Color 9 light is a great little light.
It can be battery powered with some Sony NPF series batteries or you can just plug it in. I just used it for a shoot and it was running on and off for like 3-4 hours and I didn't kill the batteries.
It is super lightweight and has a small footprint so it makes a great travel companion. Being as light as it is I'm sure it will attach to c-stand arms or all sorts of creative positioning.
Something that I really like is that it comes with a mount that tilts and has a spot for light modifiers. I actually really like the way this is integrated better than some of my other LED lights. It gives it extra versatility right out of the box and I appreciate that.
Another highlight is that you can adjust the power in 1% increments and that it's bi-color so it can match any setting and mix with other lights well. So far from what I've seen the quality of light is pretty high, it mixes and matches with a few of my more expensive lights without issue. I also like that it has some diffusion built in.
Overall I like the portability and versatility that this light brings to the table.

Very impressed with this light. Can be used for people at their desk to light themselves in a flattering way for Zoom/Teams video calls. But I plan to use it for production. I especially love how soft it is right out of the box, with its included diffusion. As you can see from one of the uploaded pictures, when I shined it on our white cyc, this light produces a very soft/ wide illumination for its size. And with a consistent throw. It also gives off a surprising amount of light. This makes it very versatile IMO. Depending on the amount of space, I see it being a very effective Key, Fill or even backlight. The dimming feature makes this good for all 3, depending on the situation. A couple of these would also work well in lighting a chroma key background or a background in general because of its softness/ consistency. The fact that it is Bi-color just adds to its versatility. I love having that option in the field, saves the headache of bringing and attaching color correcting gels. Some might complain that it is "plasticky", but it feels sturdy and well-made to me and I see the lack of weight as a plus because it makes it very portable and easy to work with. You could even attach it to the "stick" end of a c-stand arm and extend it out as a soft backlight for an interview or other shot. One sandbag on the stand should be enough because of its lightweight. It also has a remote-control option for additional cost that might come in handy for that situation, I'm going t o look into getting one. The light comes with the power supply, which is good, but can run on Sony NPF batteries. Which is so convenient and adds even more versatility. I threw a couple of my Watson NP-F975 batteries on it, and it worked like a charm. It also comes with a removable 5/8 receiver to mount on your standard light stand.
Overall, I'm impressed with this little light and think it's a good addition to my lighting kit, at a very affordable and competitive price point. [ I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion].

The Raya Bi-Color Round LED Panel Light is the best light you can find at this price point! First and foremost the fact that I can control not only the power output (Brightness) but can also control the color temperature all the way to 5600K is fantastic! It's built very well, lots of plastic but very sturdy and light. When you add the batteries (which are an amazing feature) if you are taking video calls at your local starbucks or co-working space, the light performs like a champ. It's very powerful and consistent. I use mine one a tabletop light stand or a desk mounted stand (as you can see in the photos). The 9 disco is big but small enough to fit in a backpack easily. I'm thinking about buying a second one for my wife! [ I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion].
