Sony 80GB CFexpress Type A Reviews
Great card at a premium price
The card works well. Reads and writes at a high speed for reduce buffering times for my A1 camera. You do have to pay quite a bit extra for this spec. I will be receiving the Angel 1TB card soon and that might be a more economical solution.
It works.
I never thought I would pay $600 for a tiny card that boasts of only 320GB of space and only 700-800mb read/write speed, but here I am. It does its job well though.
Almost Mandatory for New Sony Bodies
An unfortunate necessity to get the most out of higher end Sony body capabilities. Works exactly as advertised and actually comes with a plastic storage container still *cough* ProGrade *cough*... While there is now more competition for CF express type A cards on the market, my fundamental issue is with its performance relative to CF express type B and pricing - it is relatively still an overpriced an almost mandatory item for higher end Sony bodies in order to capture certain burst rates or video codecs / video speeds.
Fast
So speedy when transferring info off onto the computer. worth it
100% recommend this card!!!
This card reads footage at faster speeds than most other cards on the market today! It's nice not having some of the faster recording settings being blocked because of the insane recording files. This card will capture pretty much anything!
expensive but worth it!
if you have the FX30 or FX3 this card is most!!
