Take control of your wireless audio experience with the CX 400BT True Wireless In-Ear Headphones from Sennheiser. Utilizing the Sennheiser Smart Control app for iOS and Android devices, you can fully customize the functionality of the CX 400BT's integrated touch controls. Both earbuds feature touch controls and you can set what a single, double, or triple tap does, as well as what happens when you tap and hold the side of the earbud. Sennheiser engineered the CX 400BT headphones to ensure what you play through them sounds as good as possible. Featuring 7mm dynamic drivers and support for multiple codecs, including aptX. With dual integrated MEMS microphones, these true wireless headphones can be used for more than music. Pair them with a smartphone for hands-free wireless calls or give voice commands to your phone's digital assistant. Music, calls, and more can be enjoyed for up to 7 hours on a full charge, with an extra 13 hours provided by the included charging case.

Customizable Controls
The flat surface on the outside of each earbud is a touch-sensitive control panel with 4 customizable controls on each side. They are activated by a single, double, or triple tap, as well as tapping and holding the earbud. Through the Sennheiser Smart Control app, you can set each of the 8 possible controls to a specific function. You can choose from voice assistant, play/pause, previous track, next track, volume up, volume down, power on/off, or tono function at all.
Custom EQ Presets
Within the Sennheiser Smart Control app is the ability to customize EQ settings and create your own presets for different types of music.
Charging Case
A built-in 420mAh battery inside the charging case delivers up to 13 hours of power to the CX 400BT earbuds. Recharging begins immediately as soon as you place them inside the case. The case itself can be recharged with the included USB Type-C cable and (optional) adapter or mobile device with charging capabilities.
Quick Charge
In a rush and low on power? Place your earbuds inside the charging case for just 10 minutes to give them enough power to support up to 1 hour of playback.

Does it have noise cancellation?
Asked by: Wei Ming
The Sennheiser CX 400BT does not have active noise cancellation. The silicone ear tips do help to isolate noise from the outside, as they block some noise from leaking into your ears.
