Ideal for sports arenas, commercial spaces, and houses of worship, the Bose Professional ArenaMatch DeltaQ AM10/100 is a passive, 2-way array loudspeaker that provides a 10° nominal vertical coverage and a 100° horizontal exchangeable waveguide ideal for a shorter throw and broad coverage. With the modular waveguide design, you can create staggered, asymmetrical patterns for greater system coverage.
With six EMB2S compression drivers and one 14" neodymium woofer, the AM10 module offers potent sound reproduction for arrays or point sources. The AM10 supports bi-amplification, with a maximum power handling of 750W RMS, and a full-range frequency response of 55 Hz to 18 kHz. A 70/100V multitap transformer is built in and provides 100 to 400W taps. With an IP55 rating and weather-resistant internal and external design features, the AM10 is an excellent choice for sound reproduction in outdoor environments. Multiple rigging points are available, including several M12, M10, and M6 threaded inserts on the sides. The AM10 includes an input panel cover for outdoors use and eight input cover screws.
- Broad audience coverage: the wide 100° horizontal dispersion is ideal for covering large, wide seating areas where it's important to ensure consistent sound for a significant portion of the audience. This can reduce the need for as many speakers in a distributed system for wide spaces.
- Shorter throw applications: this wider pattern is often best suited for applications where the audience is relatively close to the speaker array, as the sound energy is spread over a larger area.
- Effective for near-field coverage: in situations like covering a dance floor or a wide but shallow audience area directly in front of the stage, the 100° coverage can provide excellent coverage to the near field.
