The Rotolight Ultimate VLogging Kit is well suited for the smartphone-toting Vlogger, YouTuber, content creator, or makeup artist as the compact light mounts next to your smartphone thanks to the included kit components. The accessory mounting bar and smartphone clip allow you to mount your smartphone onto one end of the accessory bar, while the stand adapter allows you to mount the RL48 onto the other side, creating a compact camera and lighting setup. This provides a soft and beautiful light for your face as you speak to your audience through your smartphone.
The accessory bar mounts on the included desktop tripod, which has a ball head that allows you to adjust the level and tilt of your setup to compensate for your environment. You can also close the legs of the mini tripod, to use it as a handgrip for handheld shooting with your setup. The kit includes four filters, a full CTO to convert the light's output from daylight to tungsten, a half CTO filter for mixed light source use, and two diffusion filters to soften the light's output. The light fixture runs on three AA batteries.
The Rotolight RL48-B LED RingLight Stealth Edition sports 48 ultra-bright Grade-A LEDs with an 80W equivalent. It can be attached onto camcorders and DSLRs for up to 4 hours of continuous light without causing shadows or red eye.
Weather-resistant, weighing 6 oz, and powered by 3x AA batteries, it can be set up and fully functional within 3 seconds. Batteries are not included.
The Rotolight Rotopod Tripod is a compact tabletop support with a built-in ball head that has a 1/4"-20 threaded camera mount and a load capacity of 3.1 lb. Splaying the 1-section legs out, the 6.7 oz mini tripod has a stance of 5.7" and a folded length of 7.1", so it conveniently fits in your back pocket or your camera bag. With the threaded camera mount, you can easily mount mirrorless and compact cameras as well as smartphones with the included smartphone adapter. The NEO 1 and 2 and RL48 lights are also compatible with the Rotopod to place them remotely and light up a scene or your subject.
