Hello JBL I have the JBL Horizon 2 and i having an issue. the clock changes it's time by itself after couple of hours afters setting it. i made a reset and it doesn't help. do you know this issue? what can i do to solve it ?

Hi! I cannot select Bluetooth input for the setting alarm. Is this a feature?
Our JBL Horizon 2's Bluetooth feature is for music purposes only. If you want to use your phone as the alarm, you can set up the alarm via phone while it's connected via Bluetooth.

Does it have a sleep timer, so if I want a 30 minute nap I can program that or do I have to program a specific alarm?
Yes. You have to set a specific alarm time for it.

Does the light turn on with the alarm? Does it turn on gradually increasing in brightness?
Yes, the ambient light of our Horizon 2 switches on when the alarm goes off and it does not gradually increase in brightness as the lights cannot be adjusted by user. The digital front panel display has automatic light intensity adjustment, which follows the level of light in the room.

Does this new Horizon have a volume set point for the alarm and a gentle wake feature where the sound will gradually increase to the set point? And if the alarm is set to radio, how long will it continue to play before turning off?
You must first set a radio preset by tuning to a radio station and holding down the 1, 2, or 3 buttons to save it. After this, the preset will be an option when setting up a new alarm. The volume will be at the default volume. The alarm will ring for a period of 3 minutes, when not turned off it will snooze.

does this horizon 2 now has the possibility to adjust the loudness of the radio alarm by the user or does it automatically increase the loudness itself to an unbearable maximum that also wakes up all neighbors as the old version did?
