This iteration of the black Pelican 1535Air Wheeled Carry-On Hard Case has a 27L capacity and provides lightweight protection for your valuable gear. The included TrekPak divider insert allows you to customize the interior to fit your needs.
The dust, crush, and waterproof 26.9L 1535AirNF Wheeled Carry-On Hard Case from Pelican is made from lightweight HPX2 polymer to protect your sensitive gear. Push-button latches use compressive force to keep the case securely closed until you open it. This version of the case is empty to allow you the freedom to completely customize the roomy 20.4 x 11.2 x 7.2" interior to your specific needs and gear. Carry the case using the overmolded handle or if it's too heavy, extend the pull handle and tow it behind you on its two low-profile, quiet-running wheels.
Featuring an O-ring seal, the case is IP67-rated and accepts user-supplied padlocks for extra security. The pressure relief valve ensures it remains easy to open, even after air travel. For easy identification, a polycarbonate card holder may be placed on the front or side of the case.

TrekPak uses pre-installed wall sections, divider panels, locking pins and tabs, and an easy-to-use cutting tool. Simply lay your gear in the case, measure and cut the divider sections, and lock them in place with the steel U-pins. The 7/16" thick divider sections are made of waterproof, closed-cell foam laminated to a rigid, corrugated plastic panel that resists tearing and shredding. The TrekPak is combined with 1" bottom foam and lid foam to give your gear 360° protection.
Your TrekPak Divider Kit includes two 20" dividers, two 15" dividers, two perimeter pieces, top and bottom foam, 20 pins and tabs, and a cutter tool.
